Return/Repair/Replacement Policy

Return Policy: There is no blanket return policy for badge wallets. They are all custom, made to order, and cannot be resold.

Made-to-order badge wallets cannot be resold. Each wallet takes hours of work, and the likelihood of finding an officer/responder from the same agency wanting the same wallet and combination of leather, accent colour, and stitching is very low.

It is your responsibility to do the following:

  • Read the description of the wallet regarding materials, construction, dimensions etc.
  • Look at all photos to ensure you are ordering the correct wallet.
  • If you have larger credentials (federal credentials) you need to request a federal size wallet.
  • Write in the correct department name for your badge cutout.
  • Write the engraving correctly, and specify where you want it.

Repair/Replacement Guarantee:

I understand that my products are expensive, meant to last, therefore I aim to resolve all issues fairly. If a mistake was made by me, or your wallet arrives damaged or defective I will repair it for free, or replace it.

Reasons for a free repair:

  • Your badge does not fit in the cutout (cutout is too small), or there is excessive play (cutout is far too loose - 1-2mm of extra space all around).
  • Wallet arrives and the stitching tears apart due to a defect.
  • Wallet arrives with incorrect engraving, colour, or wrong/missing features.
  • Wallet arrives with obvious scratches or marks on the leather. *Note: Some small marks or grooves, especially from the sewing machine are to be expected but minimal.

Reasons for a replacement:

  • Repair is not possible, or not feasible.
  • Wallet arrives with significant physical damage from shipping, or improper packaging by me, and is not repairable.

*Exceptions:

  • If you were sent a cutout tester file, and confirmed it was correct but the badge does not fit, you will be responsible for shipping/repair costs.
