Our Quality Guarantee

At JM Leather Supply, we are committed to delivering premium badge wallets that honour the professionals who carry them. Every wallet is made to order, and cannot be re-sold. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

When ordering, make sure to:

  • Look at the photos, description, and dimensions of the wallet.
  • Make sure you request the correct colours, engraving, cutout etc.
  • If you have larger credentials (U.S. federal credentials) please contact us for Federal size wallets.

Defects & Damaged goods:

While standard returns or exchanges are not feasible, we stand by our products and will work with you directly to correct any defective or incorrect orders. Usually this is as simple as repairing/replacing part of the wallet you received, or sending a replacement if warranted.

Modifications and Upgrades:

If you have changed services or want to modify a wallet you purchased from us, we are happy to provide a clear estimate of the cost. Please email us to request an updated quote for the following:

  • badge cut-out replacement.
  • Adding a bill-slot to an existing wallet.
  • Adding or changing engraving/stamping.
