Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy on all leather purchased from us, as long as it's returned in the same condition you received it. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on (badge) wallets, since they are all customized in some way, they cannot be re-sold. If there is an issue with your wallet, I will always fix it or work something out.
For leather returns, simply reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days to start the process.
Once we have accepted your request and received your item, refunds will usually be processed within 1-3 days, and should appear on your original payment method within 1-5 business days after that.
Exceptions/requirements:
- Reply to you order confirmation email within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returns/exchanges. (for local pickup, just arrange a drop-off)
- Does not apply to items purchased on sale or with gift cards.
- Leather products must be returned in the condition you received it, without signs of wear/use, and should be returned in the packaging you received it in.
- We do not offer returns/exchanges on wallets, since those are custom-made by request and cannot be re-sold.
