Returns/Shipping

We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy on all leather purchased from us, as long as it's returned in the same condition you received it.

We aim to accurately portray our products through high-quality photos, but with such a natural product there's always variation. If you didn't get what you were expecting, just let us know and we should be able to work something out.

Simply reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days to start the process.

Once we have accepted your request and received your item, refunds will usually be processed within 1-3 days, and should appear on your original payment method within 1-5 business days after that.

Exceptions/requirements:

  • Reply to you order confirmation email within 14 days of your order.
  • The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returns/exchanges. (for local pickup, just arrange a drop-off)
  • Does not apply to items purchased on sale or with gift cards.
  • Product must be returned in the condition you received it, without signs of wear/use, and should be returned in the packaging you received it in.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges on wallets, since those are custom-made by request and cannot be re-sold.

Shipping/Local Pickup:

All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario. Most orders placed before 2p.m. EST will be dropped off at the post office the same day, but occasionally it may be the next business day. 

Local Pick-Up: 

If you order before 2pm EST on weekdays you can pickup your order. Just email info@jmleathersupply.com to arrange a pick up. Usually 6:30pm at Sherbourne TTC station in downtown Toronto.
